• Work with the community leadership to assess their priorities.

• Decide on a project.

• Develop a project plan.

• Put together a detailed budget.

• Get a commitment from the community to provide support for the implementation phase and to maintain the project over time once the initial sponsored phase is complete.

• Present project plan to My Cedar Board and seek approval

• Assist My Cedar actively in raising funds to cover the total cost of the project.

• Once the project is fully funded, My Cedar will work directly with the community leadership on the implementation phase and will report progress in a transparent way to all doors and the broader My Cedar community.

• Upon completion of the project you will be asked to join My Cedar in meeting with the village leadership to discuss ongoing maintenance plans and to close out the project.
